We are on a mission to fight hunger and make a difference in our community. Help us by challenging yourself in this rep based competition. Each competitor will do as many reps as possible on Bench and Squat. You can find the chart used to determine the percentage of body weight they'll lift at the event registration link below. Trophies will be awarded to the overall Men's, Women's and Children's Champion.
